At present, the aramid honeycomb paper used in the large passenger aircraft developed in my country all rely on imports. The project focuses on the major demand for the localization of lightweight composite sandwich structures in the development of large passenger aircraft, and focuses on key scientific issues such as identification and optimization of process parameters in the manufacture of aramid honeycomb paper, aramid honeycomb cores and honeycomb sandwich structures, so as to improve the domestic production of aramid honeycombs. The performance and stability of aramid honeycomb paper and honeycomb core, and the design and manufacturing method system of low-defect and high-performance domestic honeycomb sandwich structure for large passenger aircraft, and realize the domestic aramid honeycomb paper that meets airworthiness requirements in the tail rudder of large passenger aircraft.
